This purchase now places the hotel in the affordable mid-range segment and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023. Once completed, the hotel will acquire the City Express Suites, City Express Junior and City Centro hotels. The hotel giant is excited to enter the mid-range accommodation category and offer customers a wider choice of destinations for both business and leisure stays, which will make them the largest hotel company in the Caribbean and Latin America .
